Those pewter license plates can dress up any car, and this one says this car is just a little different. Not only does a Carolina fan ride around inside, but a Carolina fan that does not do ordinary. A rectangular license plate wouldn't do - this car (and driver) needed an oval shaped plate with the interlocking NC.
